Sent Contact Emails

Sent Contact Emails (labeled Lead Sent Emails in the app sidebar) is at /lead-sent-emails. It is your history of email you sent: what went out, delivery status, and threads you might revisit for a follow-up.

Why it matters

Pair this view with the Email Queue when you are double-checking a sequence or confirming someone got a specific message. Queue is what is still in flight; sent is the record of what already left your outbox.
