Manage taxonomy at /categories. Categories drive the grouped rows on View Leads and power filters, scoring, and anything in the product that treats "uncategorized" differently from labeled leads.

Keeping it sane

Rename categories carefully once filters or bulk jobs rely on them. When you add new labels, glance at the filters saved on your machine and any bulk categorization you run so your list still reads the way you expect.
