Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of this marketing website and related informational content. The Luckee application itself is open source under the MIT license; your use of self-hosted or hosted product offerings may be subject to additional agreements.
Acceptable use
Use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access systems without authorization, or use automated scraping in a way that degrades the site for others.
Informational content
Documentation, screenshots, and descriptions summarize the product as of the time they were published. Features in the open-source repositories may change; refer to the repos and release notes for authoritative behavior.
Open-source software
The Luckee application is offered under the MIT License. That license applies to the code, not to this website’s text or branding unless otherwise stated. The software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.
Luckee Pro and hosted services
If you purchase or use a managed or hosted offering, separate terms, a data processing agreement if applicable, and service descriptions will govern that relationship. Until then, this site does not create a commercial agreement by itself.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luckee and its contributors are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
